Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Calm Tails purchase. If something isn't right, we're happy to help.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at calmtailsstore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — we'll confirm the best way to handle your specific case and provide instructions.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us right away at calmtailsstore@gmail.com with a photo of the item — we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Exceptions

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at calmtailsstore@gmail.com.
