Your order will not be accepted until Calm Tails confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting your order. You should review your order carefully before completing your purchase, as Calm Tails may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by email, billing address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. You may only return or exchange your purchase in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that your purchase is for personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

Calm Tails is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sale or purchase you make through our store is made directly with Calm Tails. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Calm Tails, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products or services. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchase and transaction with Calm Tails.
